My Leaving Your Home package works in two phases. Phase One is ideal for those who value bringing appreciation and perspective to what has occurred during this past chapter of their lives while living in their current home. This is an opportunity to gain insight on why you have created what you have created in your life, why certain aspects might not have gone as well as you hoped, what you can do to change this, how to bring resolution and completion to your relationship with your home, and how to set positive energy in motion for those who will be occupying the home after you and for yourself where you are headed next. For those who are selling their home, we will also discuss which steps will be beneficial in preparing your home for the market and which steps would likely not lead to a return on your investment.
Phase Two is ideal for those who are planning to sell their home. In this phase, after implementing my recommendations from phase one, I will meet you back at your home to do additional edits and rearrange your existing furniture to put it in the best possible light for when you are ready to hit the market. Having the eye of a Realtor, designer, and intuitive can go a long way towards helping your home make the best physical and energetic impression on potential buyers.
