Care Realty Co. came into existence during Covid-19. During a time in which fragile, inequitable systems became more apparent than ever. During a time in which peoples’ foundations were crumbing. During a time in which people were turning more within and towards each other than ever before. During a time of dismantling, of asking ourselves how we want to exist as a society, and of not so gracefully stumbling towards a better future that we all know is possible. It’s a messy and more hopeful than ever time in our society where we are taking long, hard looks at what is happening within and around us and asking ourselves questions like “what isn’t working?”, “why does this hurt?”, “what do I need to know?”, “where do I need to grow?,” and “how can I help?” Every question and every stage of the growth process is valuable and will likely be revisited and built upon again and again.

At Care Realty Co., I am here to help you buy or sell a house and to hopefully offer you an experience that brings new insight, transformation, and potentially some peace. I am also here to use my platform and privilege to donate and volunteer to causes that move the needle forward to a more equitable society. I am here to offer compassion and encouragement when your self-doubt or lack of self-care is hurting yourself and those around you. I am here to talk about how home ownership can be an investment that can afford you a lifetime of passive wealth building and financial stability. I am here to shine a spotlight on the housing inequalities in our society (hello generational effects of redlining!) and what changes are needed to offer more people a sense of peace and security. And finally, I am here to talk about projects, both big and small, to turn your house into a home. It’s wide ranging and messy, just like life, but I hope that you’ll join me at some point or on some level for part of the ride.
